Tempered glass

Tempered glass

When the flat glass is heated close to the softening point, its internal molecular structure changes dramatically. As a result, the surface layer has uniform compressive stress and the interior has uniform tensile stress, which multiplies the mechanical strength of the glass. This kind of glass is toughened glass. Semi-toughened glass defines semi-toughened glass. The processing principle of semi-toughened glass is similar to that of tempered glass. The heating temperature is about 650 C, which is lower than that of tempered glass, and the cooling rate is also slower. But the strength is lower than that of toughened glass, which is twice as strong as that of ordinary glass.
Hollow glass

Hollow glass

Roland Stone Hollow Glass is composed of two or more pieces of glass. The glass is separated by hollow aluminium spacer filled with desiccant. At the same time, the hollow part is filled with dry air or inert gas, and sealed with butyl rubber, polysulfide rubber or silicone structural adhesive to form a glass of dry space.
Product field: It is widely used to separate curtain walls, doors and windows of various buildings, and interior decoration.
Sandwich glass

Sandwich glass

Laminated glass is a kind of advanced safety glass made by bonding PVB (polyvinyl butyral) or EVA (vinyl acetate polymer) intermediate film and SGP film between two or more pieces of glass at high temperature and high pressure.
Ceramic Fritted Glass

Ceramic Fritted Glass

Colored glazed glass is printed on the surface of glass by screen printing technology with one or more layers of inorganic glaze (also known as ink), so that the glass has different color patterns or patterns, and then the glaze is permanently sintered on the surface of glass by heating, baking, tempering or semi-tempering treatment to obtain a wear-resistant, acid-alkali-resistant decorative material.
Fireproof glass

Fireproof glass

Monolithic fireproof glass (DFB) is a kind of "deep toughened" glass, which is made of ordinary sodium-calcium-silicon float glass as raw material. The surface compressive stress of plain toughened glass is much higher than that of plain toughened glass, generally more than 150 MPa, while that of plain toughened glass with the same thickness is between 90 and 110 MPa.
Bathroom glass

Bathroom glass

It is a space for daily hygiene activities such as bathing and bathing.
Application scope: bedroom bathroom furniture, toilet, hotel bathroom
Bullet proof glass

Bullet proof glass

The laminated glass produced by SGP film as intermediate film has good impact resistance and high safety, such as explosion-proof, bullet-proof and typhoon-proof.
Subway glass

Subway glass

Made of toughened glass, toughened glass is actually a kind of prestressing glass. In order to improve the strength of glass, chemical or physical methods are usually used to form compressive stress on the surface of glass. When the glass is subjected to external forces, it first counteracts the surface stress, thus improving the bearing capacity, enhancing the resistance of glass to wind pressure, heat and cold, impact and so on.
Hurricane glass

Hurricane glass

The laminated glass produced by SGP film as intermediate film has good impact resistance and high safety, such as explosion-proof, bullet-proof and typhoon-proof.
The laminated glass produced by ionic film will not slip between the two pieces of glass when it is subjected to force. The two pieces of glass are like one piece of glass. The bearing capacity of the laminated glass is twice that of the PVB laminated glass. The tear strength of the laminated glass is increased by five times, making it a building material that people like to adopt in hurricane and earthquake areas.
Low-E Coated Glass

Low-E Coated Glass

The glass surface is coated with one or two or even three layers of metal film to reduce energy absorption or control the energy exchange between indoor and outdoor, to ensure the comfort of life and work, and to achieve the purpose of environmental protection and energy saving. In building applications, the use of low-E glass can achieve the effect of "warm winter and cool summer", with excellent thermal insulation and thermal insulation performance.
Thermochromic Dynamic Glass

Thermochromic Dynamic Glass

Thermochromic Dynamic Glass works through a thermochromic technology encapsulated in a laminated outboard lite, which will self-tint under direct sunlight. This helps a building’s envelope change dynamically with the changing outside parameters and environment, ensuring consistent, comfortable interior temperatures, reduced glare, more natural light and clear views of the outdoors every day of the year for the building occupants, while saving on operational costs (energy savings).
